ConnellGriffin is a specialist infrastructure advisory firm of around 200 people across Brisbane Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, and Auckland. We work alongside government and private sector clients to shape, procure and deliver the infrastructure that communities rely on every day.

As a focused, independent firm, our people work directly with clients and senior decision-makers on some of Australia’s most significant projects – combining strategic thinking with practical delivery experience to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.

As our Brisbane team continues to grow, we are seeking experienced infrastructure professionals to join us.

The Opportunity

Brisbane remains at the forefront of Australia's infrastructure investment, with a generation of major projects moving from construction into operation and transforming the way people live, work and connect.

We are hiring across our Advisor, Senior Advisor, Executive Advisor and Director levels. You may have experience in infrastructure advisory, strategy and planning, business cases, transaction management, project delivery, commercial management or asset operations – and you may have built your career in consulting, government, engineering, construction or asset-owner organisations. If you are motivated by infrastructure and the outcomes it delivers, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in various facets of infrastructure advisory including commercial advisory, transaction management, project delivery, project development or asset operations.

• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

• The credibility to build trust quickly with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

• A track record of contributing to high-performing teams.

• Motivation to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.
